 საქართველოს პედაგოგთა და მეცნიერთა თავისუფალი პროფკავშირის ტყიბულის რაიონული ორგანიზაციის თავმჯდომარედ, უკვე მეორედ, ეკატერინე ჭელიძე, აირჩიეს. N8 საანგარიშო-საარჩევნო კონფერენცია სოფელ საწირის პედაგოგთა პროფკავშირის ბაზაზე გაიმართა, რომელსაც წევრებთან ერთად, სხვა პროფესიული კავშირების წარმომადგენლები და მოწვეული სტუმრები ესწრებოდნენ.

 დღეისათვის რაიონული ორგანიზაცია 160 წევრს ითვლის და მისი მუშაობის ერთ-ერთი მნიშვნელოვანი ნაწილი, 2018 წლიდან დღემდე, მასწავლებელთა პროფესიული უნარებისა და კვალიფიკაციის ამაღლების სფეროში გაწეული საგანმანათლებლო საქმიანობაა. გასული ოთხი წლის ანგარიშში, მოქმედმა თავმჯდომარემ, იმ აქტივობების ჩამონათვალი გააკეთა, რომელთა შედეგადაც ყოველწლიურად რამდენიმე ათეული პედაგოგის გადამზადება ხდებოდა, მოკლე თუ გრძელვადიანი ტრენინგების შედეგად. გარდა ამისა, ისაუბრა იმ მხარდაჭერაზეც, რაც პრაქტიკოსი მასწავლებლების მისამართით განახორციელა ტყიბულის რაიონულმა ორგანიზაციამ.
